Revival Center Nursing Department
If you have a medical concern please utilize our very own Revival Center Nursing Department. For emergency and confidentiality reasons: We are asking members to provide Sister Carmen Thomas, RN, BSN (Head of the Nursing Dept) and/or Sister Telisha Kinney, CMA (Nurse Assistant) with medical information including but not limited to health conditions, allergies, and medications. If you have any medical questions please address them to the Revival Center Nursing Department.
